A Day In The Life of a Girl with Chronic Illness

Here is a video I made that talks about what my day looks like living with multiple illnesses. I hope you enjoy!

Tell Me: What does YOUR day look like? Is your day affected by chronic mental or physical illness? If so, how do you deal with it? I would love to hear from you!

  1. I have Bipolar, Diabetes and Celiac. So my day starts rushing to finish breakfast to catch up on sleep. Get up and get a walk in to improve Diabetes. Stick to my diet. Take pills 4 different times a day. I usually write to keep busy when not feeling well with Bipolar. I have to test blood sugars 2 to 4 times a day so I have to make sure to do that. I just try to keep busy and make sure I get exercse and stick to my diet. The day is stressful because there is a lot to do. Sometimes I just sleep til one. Can be bad.

      1. Yea good news Diabetes is back to being better but I got the next six months I need to sustain it to lower my a1c. Celiac makes my acess to foods limited as being a Diabetic lots of Celiac food are high in sugar. Thanks I try to keep in mind all these illnesses can never be perfect but as long as I am in range of my baseline I am doing pretty well!
