30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day #28

28. Letting go. Letting go is something that I really struggle with, so I am grateful for all of the people in my life that have helped me to let go of negative thoughts, and for the most part, my eating disorder. I am so grateful for the wonderful people that I met at Mirasol Treatment Center in Arizona, and the people in my life who are supporting me now.

What are you grateful for about letting go? I would love to hear from you!

  1. 28. Years ago, I was worried about everything and often found myself paralyzed with fear. My priest told me to hand my worries over to Jesus. He would bear the burden for me. I tried it and it gave me great relief. I am grateful that I am able to let go of the fear and worry. It really is life-changing.
