30 Day Gratitude Challenge: Day #25

25. Movement. I am so grateful to have had a significant amount of movement in my life. Movement has given me the ability to dance, ski, act, and run…all things I love and that I am truly grateful for. Now I have a hard time just walking and getting around. However, these circumstances have made me that much more thankful for all of the wonderful things I was able to do. I have hope that I will be able to do them again one day.

  1. 25. I love to dance to great music. There is no particular way that you have to do it. You can’t get it wrong. I tried ballet. I tried ice skating. I tried yoga. They have too many rules. They are not for me. I am grateful for the movement in dancing. It is freeing. I think I should do it more often.

  2. 25. I like to dance too. And I am thankful that my body is strong enough to let me move and that my mind lets me dance freely without thinking about calories. I’m greatful to see movement in nature, I love to watch streams flow or the wind ruffle the trees.
