The Purpose of this Blog

The main purpose of this blog is to be an outlet for people to go to for receiving support, encouragement, and positive feedback in dealing with their issues-whether it be eating disorder related, or in relation to dysautonomia. I would love to hear from people about their own experiences with these problems. That being said, this blog is recovery focused, so please try to stay as positive as possible. Of course, if you are struggling with an issue, do not hesitate to ask for help, support, or advice. We are all here to support each other through our own journeys of recovery. There are and always will be ups and downs, highs and lows in the process. So, just be aware of your language while posting, and try to refrain from naming specific numbers regarding weights and sizes in an effort to avoid triggering others. This is a safe place to come!
